This isn’t a sob-soaked ballad, mind you. No, this track skanks along to a reggae rhythm with all the bounce of a heart breaking in reverse. Lyrically, it pirouettes between starry-eyed devotion and the jagged cynicism rejection sharpens to a point. The result?
